As you know from physics, torque = force * distance so the farther from the center of the wheel that the rim is, the more torque and power it will take to turn.

This is really nice idea on how to make hot tank cleaner with a 20 gallon parts washer and a heating element from a hot water heater.We can do this because its basic physics application which we are applying on it.Good write up!!!
