As you know from physics, torque = force * distance so the farther from the center of the wheel that the rim is, the more torque and power it will take to turn.

I'm going to have to go up there sometime. yeah, WE should! then i dont have to drive to the cities to get good pics! haha there is a parking ramp that would be good for pics not too terribly far from there as well
