I'm looking for a Honda Civic Hatchback from '95-'00 without no engine. If anyone know anyone or seen a post some where for this kind of car I'm looking for then please reply back ASAP. Thanks.

I'm keeping a lookout for you.

As you know from physics, torque = force * distance so the farther from the center of the wheel that the rim is, the more torque and power it will take to turn.

Why not 92-94 civic too? It's the same thing as the 95 civic anyway. I'm guessing you mean 96-00 civic hatchback instead.
