As the title stated, I took my car to Full Blown today and it didn't go as well as I had expected. I was expecting maybe 150-160 whp, but I was surprised at how my first run did with my base map. The car put out 50 fucking HP. I was like WOW!! So then LJ got to work and about an hour and a half later, the final numbers were.......103.5 whp. Isn't that some good numbers or what?? True story I tell ya, but no, the dyno was acting funny and so I have to reschedule when it's all fixed. Paulzy was telling me that LJ dynoed his buddy's SI and he put out 80 whp, LOL.  So hopefully he could get that dyno fixed and I can get my shit to run right.

****UPDATED****

165 hp and 130 tq

LMFAO.  I'd have to guess that you're putting down around 150 whp though.  The last time you were following me you kept up pretty close   Shocked.

Next step would be to boost it  Grin

With my first GSR motor, I put down about 150ish whp and like 117 tq. With this new one, it's kinda weird. I don't know about boosting it since I'm starting to grow out of Hondas, maybe I might just pick up a factory boosted car.

I've been really into the STis lately, but oh yeah, I just got a call from Paulzy just now and am rescheduled for tuning tomorrow. Hopefully I make more than 103.5. Wish me luck guys.

Factory boosted cars are so much easier in the long run. Don't be like me man.

As you know from physics, torque = force * distance so the farther from the center of the wheel that the rim is, the more torque and power it will take to turn.

What do you mean by base tune and whole package?

Thanks, but I wish I had money to do whatever you did with your motor. About racing, I think I'm done although I'm planning to run at Rockfalls this Sept. with Keng (da_dude) when he goes.

Personally I would rather have a 50hp car and run 14's at the track then a 167hp car and run 14's,.. Grin
Nice numbers with that motor man.

That was exactly what I told him. 165whp is weaksause. 103whp would of been pimping.
