We should have some way of controlling which accounts get activated.  That way there won't be that much spammers.  For example, I wouldn't activate an account that has the name "penis4life" or "vaginallthetime" or "hoe247".  I think you guys get the idea.

Okay, I changed a few settings. If anyone wants to join the site now, one of the current moderators will have to approve of it. This should cut back on a ton of the span issues. I will be running some updates tonight around 12 that will contain some security packages.
