I'm pretty sure that my driver side wheel bearing is bad, but with my schedule and all, I'm too busy to replace and rockfalls is this saturday. What do you guys think, should I or should I not run with bad wheel bearings?

Don't do it.  Always anticipate the worst when it comes to racing.  If you don't feel that your car is ready to race, don't do it.

Worst case scenario... Hub + Wheel flies off at the end of the quarter mile.  Most likely won't happen since there are other parts in the way but it's just that "what if" part that is kinda freaky.

Pull your hub today and have a shop press out the old and press in the new.  Pick it up tomorrow and install.  Shouldn't be more than a 30 minute job each day.
